After finishing up a good breakfast, you will head out towards the Serengeti National Park and travel in the midst of the never ending plain grasslands. After breakfast, you will enjoy a half day game drive in Serengeti National Park until lunch time, then with enroute game drive on the way to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you’ll spot thousands upon thousands of animals in herds; wildebeests and zebras migrating together, tall and graceful giraffes, jumping antelopes and gazelles, the powerful African elephant and the most respected group of animals: the predators. It’s a particularly good place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains, as well as a place to see large numbers of hippopotamus enjoying the cool water. After the thrills and excitement of the day, you will have a picnic lunch in the park. Thereafter we will continue with safari for few ours and then drive to Karatu town/Mto wa mbu for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Lake Manyara – Return to Arusha:

We pick you up from your hotel and drive to Lake Manyara. The park derived its name from the Maasai word “Manyara”, which is the Swahili name for the plant, Euphorbia tirucalli. The Maasai use this plant to grow livestock stockades, which matures to a highly durable shockproof hedge. Manyara provides the perfect introduction to Tanzania’s birdlife. More than 400 species have been recorded, and even a first-time visitor to Africa might reasonably expect to observe 100 of these in one day. Inland of the floodplain, a narrow belt of acacia woodland is the favored haunt of Manyara’s legendary tree-climbing lions and impressively tusked elephants. After lunch we will leave the park and pass-by Maasai Boma along the way before we reach to Arusha
